Jackie Chan To Visit The Philippines To Promote Coffee Shop

Manila, Philippines (AHN) - Martial arts superstar Jackie Chan will arrive Friday in Manila, Philippines, in an effort to attract investors for a coffee shop that he plans to put up in the region.

In a statement, Arlene Alano of Campaigns and Grey, an advertising agency that is handling advertisement for the planned shop says the one day visit is a road show to attract investors' interest.

She said, "It's for a road show to get investors for the 'Jackie Chan's Java Coffee.'"

On his arrival, the popular kung fu actor will hold a press conference and attend meetings with prospected local investors.

Last year, Chan said making movies was still his priority and biggest source of income despite a growing business that includes clothing label, fitness clubs, restaurants, and a line of cookies.
